The course is designed to help new graduates quickly adapt to the international financial business environment. Although most of the new hire graduates have finance majors from prestigious universities such as Tsinghua University and Peking University, most courses at universities are taught in Chinese, and few securities terminologies are taught in English on campus. The course orientates new hires with financial terminologies by business functions.
